this is the first time that I have purchased a download only product and prefer to have a physical copy of the software as a precaution. However, having used your site I may start to use it more often. the download went smoothly and the instructions were clear. the fact that you included DVD burning softwarehouse was also a bonus. so far I have had a positive experience using your website.

I like the fact that I could immediately download and receive my serial number. The download instructions were also very helpful.

I am just replying to let you know that it all seems to be working fine and am happy to say at this time that I am very happy with the customer service and the product i purchased.
